Prior to this, Mr. Yu has been working in the food & beverage industry in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Being exposed to different markets and eating cultures, he recognized the potential in distributing high-quality food and beverage in both the food service, institutional and retail trade. Ceres Resources Limited is proud to be the sole distributor for some of the leading international brands in Hong Kong, including “Not from Concentrate” juices from USA, chocolate from Germany, crisps from UK, organic products from France etc. Apart from that, we also import quality perishable products like mushrooms, organic vegetables into Hong Kong. Ceres Resources’ clientele in Hong Kong covers the luxury hotels, restaurants, airline caterers, local and foreign community and social clubs as well as the major supermarket chains and export. The company has its own warehouse comprising cold rooms with reefer and chiller facilities and temperature controlled storage for food, vegetables and fruits, chocolate and dry products. Our clientele are serviced by our own fleet of refrigerated truck.
